ALL earrings are handmade, therefore most items will take 14-21 business days to process before shipping. Once your order is marked shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. 

All domestic orders are shipped First Class through USPS. Once an item is dropped off with USPS, Ekow + Ama is not responsible for any issues. Delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items, incorrect address, etc will not be refunded. If there is an issue with tracking please contact USPS first to get more information. 

All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. US orders over $75 ship for free (using first class or ground shipping).

All items are handmade from scratch, unique, and only a few of a kind. Please allow for slight color variation and/or imperfections.
